Client visit to Strakonice

On 21.10.2014 a client of SUGIMAT was visiting the 40 t/h HP steam generator with TWINFLUID fluidised bed combustion in Strakonice in the Czech Republic. The plant, which was built by the TWINFLUID licensee TENZA in cooperation with ERK Berlin is now in operation for more than one year and is supplying electricity and district heating to the town of Strakonice.

The second, identical plant is curently under construction. Both units are retrofit replacements for 60 year old grate fired boilers and are therefore installed inside the existing boiler house.

The plant visit convinced the clients of SUGIMAT and resulted in the first commercial TWINFLUID order for SUGIMAT.
