27 t/h TWINFLUID waste fired boiler in Operation

The first TWINFLUID steam boiler with waste firing is now in operation in Indonesia. The waste consists of production residue from cigarette manufacturing and biomass packing material. The boiler produces 27 t/h saturated steam at 16 bar.

The specific challenge of this installation is the ash properties which has very low eutectic melting temperatures.
